Booking and cancellation conditions
All confirmations are subject to receipt of a check/bank deposit/credit card authorization form/bank transfer/travel company voucher. If paying locally, a 25% deposit must be paid at the time of booking. The following conditions apply to this.
The above information must be received at least 15 days before check-in. For bookings made less than 15 days prior to arrival, the above amount must be received within 3 working days of the reservation, otherwise the reservation will be automatically released.
In case of credit card authorization, the card will be charged only in case of any cancellation fee.
In case of bank transfer, the refund will be processed after deducting the cancellation fee, if any.
No fees will be deducted for cancellations made more than one month prior to arrival.
The following cancellation fees are payable:
One month prior to arrival – 25% of the total amount.
3 days before arrival – 75% of the total amount.
Cancellation fees may be applied to a new booking after consultation with us.
One night will be retained if a change is made less than 10 days prior to arrival.
