Terms and conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to guests staying at Natural Paradise:
All government taxes are included.

Check-in time is 12:00 and check-out time is 11:00. Changes by arrangement with the respective facility are possible.

Early check-in fees apply: To reserve a room before 9am, 100% of the first night’s rate will be charged. To reserve a room after 9am, 50% of the price for the 1st night will be charged.

Late check-out fees: To guarantee a room after 5pm, 100% of the price of the previous night will be charged. For guaranteeing the room until 17:00, 50% of the price for the previous night will be charged.

The use of spa facilities such as sauna, steam bath and spa therapies is available only for guests over 18 years old. However, persons under 18 years of age may participate in other scheduled activities such as yoga, meditation, trekking and use of the swimming pool.

The therapies to be performed, as well as the nutritional plan, are determined after a holistic health assessment by a team of doctors and nutritionists.

Consultations with doctors, counselors and trainers not included in the treatment package will be charged.

Booking and cancellation conditions

All confirmations are subject to receipt of a check/bank deposit/credit card authorization form/bank transfer/travel company voucher. If paying locally, a 25% deposit must be paid at the time of booking. The following conditions apply to this.

The above information must be received at least 15 days before check-in. For bookings made less than 15 days prior to arrival, the above amount must be received within 3 working days of the reservation, otherwise the reservation will be automatically released.

In case of credit card authorization, the card will be charged only in case of any cancellation fee.

In case of bank transfer, the refund will be processed after deducting the cancellation fee, if any.

No fees will be deducted for cancellations made more than one month prior to arrival.

The following cancellation fees are payable:

One month  prior to arrival – 25% of the total amount.

3 days before arrival – 75% of the total amount.

Cancellation fees may be applied to a new booking after consultation with us.

One night will be retained if a change is made less than 10 days prior to arrival.
